Now WG wants to add stuff that will just kill any fun for us Gun V Gun players. Then why did WoWS tout it self as a "You shot your big guns at me and I shot my big guns at you" game when a lot of us where pumping a good amount of money into the game? If the Divs told me that some day this game would morph into a "Sit back and shot a nuke" or "Fly your planes to attack ships that cant do anything back" then I would have never played it.Īll the ships in this game for the first 3 or so years are pre 1945 ships that were designed to fight WWII type battles (don't get me started on coward CV's and sub's). Gameplay video has been posted for how the jets act like on the world of warships devblog titled “New Ships 11.1” I doubt that tier 11 is the stopping point, and I think we will have a tier 12 eventually that will introduce missiles in some form. Game play wise I would imagine it could be balanced with lots of regular jet fighter strikes with single attacks runs and mediocre damage with quick cooldowns but a few slower heavy strike bombers with big payloads as was supposed to be its load out. At least it was actually laid down though so its technically more real than the entire RU CV and most of the BB line. Which I would still be confused as to why it would be when it already pushes out a tid bit after WWII.
It looks like a heavily modernized version of it at least. not the unique flat top design it was always portrayed having. It looks just like a regular Nimitz class or something of the sort. I am just confused though as to its appearance. I was quite excited when I heard this ship would soon be coming to the game and I still am to a degree.
